Reining in Anxiety: A Program for Kids and their Parents to Better Manage Childhood Anxiety
Many children and adolescents have mild to moderate anxiety.
Our new program, Reining in Anxiety™, is evaluating whether the combination of therapeutic horseback riding (THR) plus cognitive behavioral therapy and a parent education program, reduces the symptoms of anxiety, and helps parents and their children to better manage anxiety every day.
Learn more about our program below, a unique combination of therapeutic horseback riding that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy -- and how this 10-session program is designed to help ease the symptoms of anxiety and improve day-to-day functioning of children with anxiety, and help their parents learn to better manage it.
