Katie’s research uses mixed-method approaches and theories from implementation and dissemination science to explore the impact of local, state, and federal policy on population mental health, particularly in children. She is also interested in understanding how policymakers use research to make decisions about mental health services. Katie is a doctoral candidate at Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health in Health Services Research and Policy. She completed her BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her MPH from Drexel University.
