Mini MAP: Using DBT within the MAP system
More dates coming soon
DESCRIPTION
The MAP system (Chorpita & Daleiden, www.practicewise.com) offers organizations access to clinical training in anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders in addition to state of the art decision support tools to guide and improve practice. This training highlights the overlap between DBT skills and MAP practice guides. Trainees will choose a current DBT or DBT-informed case and will then be instructed on creating a clinician dashboard. Using that "Intro to Mini MAP" training as a base, this webinar will explain the use of clinical dashboards in the MAP system and focus on developing the technical skills of the trainees in using dashboards to track progress and practice for cases, specifically DBT clients.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  1. Receive didactic instruction and insight into the theoretical background of using MAP clinical dashboards
  2. Practice step-by-step creating dashboards for trainees' real cases, specifically focusing on DBT cases
